Our Mission
At Koshish Centre for Deaf and Mute in Malad East, Mumbai, India, we are dedicated to providing education and empowerment to deaf and mute children from low income communities. Our institute offers vocational courses and aims to help these children integrate into society. One of our unique selling points is our focus on teaching children to lip-read and imitate sounds with the help of hearing aids, setting us apart from other similar institutes that primarily focus on sign language.
Our Vision
All hearing impaired children have the ability to become literate and educated and contribute to the community. Our goal is to provide them with the best platform possible. We are committed to improving the self-esteem and communication skills of children with hearing impairments. By providing high-quality services, we ensure they can reach their full potential, regardless of their economic background.
